About therapy

Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talking therapy that invites you to reflect on the difficulties you’re experiencing, as well as patterns that may have repeated throughout your life. It is based on the idea that there is often more happening beneath the surface than we are consciously aware of. Exploring this with someone outside your everyday life—who can listen without judgement or personal agenda—can be deeply helpful.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be curious about yourself. Together, we can explore connections between your past and present, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and what truly matters to you.

Individual Therapy

People seek counselling and psychotherapy for many different reasons. You may have a clear sense of what you would like to address, or simply feel that something isn’t quite right without fully understanding why.

Therapy offers you the time and space to reflect more deeply on your life—how you are experiencing things in the present, how this may connect to your past, and how you would like to move forward. It is an opportunity to slow down and explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that can be difficult to do alone.

My role is to provide a safe, consistent, and confidential space where you can speak openly. I will work alongside you as you deepen your understanding of yourself, helping you to recognise and make sense of patterns or behaviours that may no longer be serving you.

I offer weekly sessions from my room in the centre of Warminster, as well as online. Sessions are charged at £50.

Couples therapy

Being part of a couple is something that many of us are drawn towards. It can feel hugely rewarding, but can be incredibly difficult sometimes too. You may find yourselves having the same arguments repeatedly, or perhaps a particular event has shifted something in your relationship, leaving you unsure how to move forward together.

I can be daunting to 'open up these conversations, and a supportive, impartial space can help to make this feel more manageable. My approach focuses on helping you to hear and understand one another more clearly. Together, we can begin to explore the patterns that have formed in your relationship, and think about why they might be there. Understanding this better can open up the space to think about what you want your relationship to look like going forward—something that will be unique to you both.

I see couples weekly from my room in the centre of Warminster. Sessions are charged at £70.
